How It Works
Whilst all our training is fully accredited and to the highest industry standards, how they are delivered can vary.
How do online courses work?
Select a course
Use the Login button at the top of the page to register with us or sign in.
Pay for the course and complete your details.
If your employer has already signed you up for a course or assessment, you can skip this step and simply log in using the Login tab. If you have a voucher code from your employer the course selection will be automatic.
Complete the course
Simply log in to your personal account and select the course from Your Orders tab on the left of your account page.
Take the Course Assessment
Once you have completed the course lessons you can take the course assessment.
Download your certificate
Select the Certificates tab on your account page to access your certificates. They are stored in your account area so you can download them any time.

Simply search for area of study or course you are interested in
Once you have found the right course click on the Book Now button
Select the number of people attending the course
Select the start date of the course
Click the Book now button to add the course to your basket
When you have selected all your training courses click on the basket icon to checkout
You’ll receive an email from us to confirm your booking at our training centre

If using the M1
Come off the M1at junction 24 and take the A50/A453 exit to Stoke/Derby/Nottingham (S)
Follow A50 to your destination in Stoke-on-Trent
If using the M40/M6
Come off the M6 at junction 15 and take the A500 exit to Stoke-on-Trent/Newcastle-under-Lyme.
If using the M1
Come off at junction 28 and use the left 2 lanes to take the A38 exit to Derby/A615/Matlock.
Follow A38 and at Toyota Island take the 4th exit onto the A50 slip road to Uttoxeter/Stoke-on-Trent/Alton Towers. Follow A50 to your destination in Stoke-on-Trent.
If using M6
Come off the M6 at junction 15 and take the A500 exit to Stoke-on-Trent/Stone/Derby/A50
