Introduction

This 18th Edition Course is our standard classroom course. No hidden fees, your exam at our training and assessment centre is included.

The difference to our classroom training is that you will study at home and to complete the exam, simply give us a call on 01782 461506 or email training@siteenergyservices.co.uk

When you are then ready we will process your examination assessment date.

Who this course is for:

This qualification is primarily aimed at practising electricians with relevant experience and other allied professionals e.g. surveyors, consultants and other trades needing to update and enhance their understanding of IET Wiring Regulations. It is also suitable for anyone wishing to demonstrate an understanding of the IET 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).

Course aim:

To allow successful candidates to demonstrate their competency in understanding the BS 7671

What you'll learn:

This course is a City & Guilds Qualification, and requires an invigilated examination at our approved training centre. The examination day will be sent to you during your course study and you may choose a convenient day for you from these dates.

Certification:

The duration of this test is 120 Minutes.

The examination is open book. Candidates are permitted to take a clean copy of the following reference materials into the exam:
IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671:2018.

Candidates will also require a non-programmable calculator.

On successful completion you will be awarded a City & Guilds Certificate – note assessment will take place at our training centre.
