Introduction
Our MOD Authorised Person AP LV (MOD)Â course covers essential requirements of safe working procedures on High Voltage and Low Voltage electrical equipment and systems, as required by the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, and those working to the MOD Safety Rules and Procedures JSP volume 3 chapter 3.
It focus’s on the practical and procedural aspects of safe working on electrical equipment.
Who this course is for:
Anyone who wishes to begin / continue the process of authorisation or wishing to return to the role, who require a more in depth refresher or personnel who have been nominated for appointment as Authorised Persons (Electrical) with respect to Low Voltage distribution systems.
Course aim:
Attendees will learn the essential requirements of safe working procedures on LV equipment as required by the Electricity at Work regulations and Defence Estates JSP375 Safety Rules and Procedures
