For over eight years now we have helped to develop staff to be efficient, safe and an effective team member of your workforce.
We are now asking for expressions of interest for development of your staff with an Apprenticeship, they will learn and gain recognised qualifications whilst they earn a wage and work alongside your experienced staff.
The studying is typically off the job, largely on a day-release basis, where they receive training to work towards nationally recognised qualifications.

We want to get it right with you the first time and not detract from the investment of time you make in selecting an apprentice. So we will encourage you to be involved in the training from the beginning and to the end. You will be asked to share you thoughts and own experiences in ensuring the delivery is kept on track.
Our team will help to source funding, arrange interviews, organise advertisements for the complete delivery of services you may require for the apprentice to be organised.
Our team will also organise specific training to development an apprenticeship that is suitable for your specific business requirements.
